HALF BEEF

A Half Beef Includes:

28 pounds of steak

• 14 pounds premium- an assortment of t-bone, ribeye, bone-in ribeye, filet and NY strip. This usually equals out to three of each cut. Please keep in mind that we have our steaks thick cut. Most will serve two people.
• 14 pounds other- an assortment of some of the following cuts- dry-aged sirloin steak, dry-aged chopped steak, cubed steak, round steak, flank steak, skirt steak, flat iron steak, denver steak, delmonico steak, ranch steak

35 pounds of roast (assortment of rump, chuck, sirloin tip, and arm)

90 pounds of ground beef (1 pound packages)

10 pounds of patties (3 patties per 1 pound package)

17 pounds of other cuts- assortment of some of the following cuts- brisket, stew, fajita, short ribs, hot dogs

You can also choose the add-on package that includes 20 lbs of- liver, kidney, heart, tongue, oxtail, and shank)

In the event of low inventory, we may need to substitute an item with a similar item of equal or greater value. While substitutions are rare, they can happen from time to time.
